What Changed, and When
A transparent record of fact-checks, corrections, and meaningful content updates across RxNotebook.
Telehealth changes constantly: a provider drops their program fee, the FDA updates a label, a compounding pharmacy is named in a recall, a new pivotal trial reports out. The dates below are not site-wide “updated today” markers — they reflect actual editorial work on specific pages.
How We Treat Dates
Every brand review, listicle, comparison, and product guide carries a Fact-checked date in its meta line. That date represents the most recent time an editor reconfirmed the page’s factual claims against primary sources (provider websites, FDA labels, peer-reviewed journals, clinical society guidelines). It is not a freshness gimmick — we do not auto-bump it.

What Doesn’t Appear Here
Cosmetic changes — typo fixes, layout tweaks, image swaps, internal-link updates — don’t appear in this changelog. Only changes that affect a factual claim, a price, a formulary entry, or a recommendation do.
