Our Editorial Standards

What we publish, how we verify it, how we handle conflicts of interest, and how we correct mistakes.

Sourcing

We rely on three categories of source: provider-published documentation (formulary, pricing, clinician credentials), regulatory and clinical literature (FDA labels, peer-reviewed studies, professional society guidelines), and direct testing — we sign up to platforms and document the patient experience.

Fact-Checking

Every brand review is checked against the provider's current public-facing materials before publication and is rechecked at every quarterly review cycle. Where claims diverge from a provider's own marketing, we link to the source. Pricing and formulary data is verified at least quarterly.

Conflicts of Interest

Our editors are not permitted to hold equity in or accept paid advisory positions with any company we cover. Affiliate commissions are paid to the company, not to individual editors. Editors disclose any prior personal use of a service in the relevant review.

Corrections

We correct errors quickly and transparently. If you spot an inaccuracy, write to [email protected] and we will respond within five business days. Material corrections are logged at the bottom of the affected page.
