Many compounded GLP-1 plans charge more at higher doses. Because dose typically titrates upward over months, a plan that starts at $99/month at 0.25 mg may charge $249/month at the 2.4 mg maintenance dose. Flat-rate plans avoid this, but may carry a higher entry price.
